  This only goes on line the week / weeks before the event to ensure data integrity 
  <br>- Ie if you fill it in any earlier, many of you would have to make changes;

  <br>We move the server from usual location to the site before the weekend of the Malvern Challenge and again for the Sun Run
  <br>
  So there will be a short time  on Friday Morning and Sunday afternoon when its off line<table border="1">
